What if the ring does not fit me, can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, if the ring does not fit you upon arrival you can email our support team and request and exchange. We will then send your ring again in a different size.

How do I know my ring size?

Ideally we would recommend visiting a jewellery store which can measure your ring size however we understand this is not always an option for everyone.

To determine your ring size with items from your home, do the following:

• Use a piece of string or dental floss and wrap it around the base of your finger.
• Use a pen to mark the point on the string where the end meets.
• Use a millimeter ruler to measure the string.
• Choose the closest measurement to the chart above to find your ring size.

What is the composition of the Titanium Alloy?

The titanium alloy used to make this ring is a combination of both titanium and stainless steel. Stainless steel is combined as Titanium is a reactive metal which is prone to corrosion hence to prevent rust it is combined with stainless steel. Other benefits to the mixture of this alloy mean that in the event that you can no longer pull your ring off your finger it can still be cut off during an emergency.
